ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION
Accounts & Subscriptions
Account creation, subscription imports, client updates and device changes. Confirm the account and subscription source first, then review the client’s local configuration.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No. VPNQG lets you create an account with a username and password, without an email address. Choose a recognizable username that is not reused for other important accounts, and save your credentials in a local password manager. After creating the account, open the user panel to choose a plan and obtain your subscription.
How do I import my subscription into a client?
Sign in to the user panel and download your subscription details from the client downloads section. In the relevant client, choose Import Subscription or add it from a URL. After importing, run an update first, then select a destination region from the route list. Treat subscription details as account credentials; do not post them publicly or forward them to anyone else.
How do I update the subscription link?
Find the VPNQG entry in the client’s subscription manager and run an update. If the list does not change, first confirm that the imported details match the current information shown in the user panel. Then remove the invalid local copy and import it again. Do not edit subscription contents manually, or later updates may not overwrite them correctly.
Do I need to buy again when I switch devices?
No. Plans support unlimited devices, and the subscription obtained through one account can be used on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. When switching devices, simply obtain and import the subscription again from the user panel. Delete the local subscription from devices you no longer use to reduce the risk of credential exposure.
What should I do if my subscription is missing after I sign in?
First confirm that the username you used to sign in matches the one used when placing the order, then check the order and plan status in the user panel. If payment has just completed but the page has not refreshed, reopen the subscription section. If the order status does not match the payment result, submit the order details through the user panel ticket portal for support to verify.
CONNECTION / DIAGNOSIS
Connections & Troubleshooting
Check the subscription, client, system proxy and app routing layer by layer. Change one condition at a time so the source of the problem is easier to identify.
Why is the route list empty after importing my subscription?
Run a subscription update in the client and check whether the entry has been disabled or overridden by another configuration. If the list is still empty, copy the current subscription details from the user panel again, delete the old entry in the client, and re-import it. Do not use someone else’s configuration copied from chat messages or public tutorials.
What should I do if the client says it is connected but webpages will not open?
Switch to another route matching the destination region, confirm that the client’s system proxy or tunnel mode is enabled, and temporarily close other similar tools that take control of the network. Then reopen the target app. If the browser works but a standalone app does not, continue checking the split-routing rules.
Why is a particular app not using the proxy?
In rule mode, some clients may classify a particular app or domain as a direct connection. Check the split-routing logs and move the relevant domains to the proxy rules, or switch to global mode for testing. If global mode works, the issue is usually in the rules rather than the route itself.
What should I do if I lose internet access after disconnecting the client?
An abnormal client exit can leave the system proxy or tunnel interface in an active state. Reopen the client, disconnect normally, and then exit it completely. Next, restore the system network proxy to automatic or turn it off, and check whether the default network can connect directly. Do not run multiple clients that modify the system proxy at the same time.
What information should I provide when connection problems keep recurring?
First determine whether the issue affects one route, one app, or the entire device. Update the subscription, switch to a route near the target region, and check client permissions and system time. If multiple routes keep failing on the same device, submit a ticket through the user panel with the client name, system platform and visible error message.
ROUTING / PERFORMANCE
Speed & Routes
Route performance depends on local access, the international path, the exit region and the target service. Choose a route for the task at hand rather than relying on its name alone.
How should I choose a route during peak hours?
During peak hours, update the subscription first and test IEPL routes as a priority, then change the exit region to match the location of the target service. Do not judge by the region name alone: results also depend on local access, the target site’s load and the client mode. Keep the same network environment while testing and compare routes one by one to locate the bottleneck.
What is the difference between IEPL, relay and direct routes?
IEPL routes suit situations that require greater stability across international links. Relay routes connect to the exit through an intermediate relay. Direct routes take a more direct path but are more sensitive to local network conditions. Choose based on the destination region, app availability and your current experience.
Why does the same route perform differently on different devices?
A route determines only part of the international path. The device’s wireless environment, background tasks, client core, split-routing method and target app cache can all affect the result. Standardize the client mode and test entry point first, then close bandwidth-heavy background tasks for comparison so local differences are not mistaken for a route failure.
What should I do if the streaming region does not change?
Choose an exit region matching the target content and check the route description for streaming support. After connecting, fully quit and reopen the app so it can detect the exit region again. If it still shows the original region, clear the app cache or switch to another route in the same region. Avoid switching regions repeatedly.
What should I do if an AI tool loads but the session is unstable?
First confirm that the target service supports the selected exit region, then stay on a route that allows normal sign-in. If the page loads but the session drops, check whether rule mode is sending API domains through a direct connection and make the related domains use the same path. Frequently changing exit regions may trigger the target service’s own sign-in checks.
BILLING / REFUND
Billing & Refunds
Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different usage rules. Access purchasing, upgrades and refunds from the user panel, using the relevant order as the reference for verification.
Which monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your typical usage rather than price alone. Traffic for every monthly plan resets each month on the activation date; check the user panel for purchase details and order status.
When does monthly subscription traffic reset?
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, rather than clearing on the first day of the calendar month. Check the current billing period in the user panel when reviewing usage. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, so their usage rules differ from monthly subscriptions. Do not treat a data package as monthly-plan traffic.
How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into the remaining number of days. Before proceeding, review the current and target plans in the user panel and confirm the change shown by the system. If the traffic or period does not sync after upgrading, refresh the panel and submit the order details through a ticket for verification.
Do data packages expire?
Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They suit usage that is not fixed monthly and differ from monthly subscriptions, which reset on the activation date. Confirm the product type on your account before purchasing.
How do I request a refund?
VPNQG offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, open the ticket portal from the user panel and submit the relevant order details and refund request. Keep your payment record available for verification. The refund policy page defines the full scope of eligibility, so do not rely only on the brief description on a plan card.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. During checkout, select an available method in the user panel and follow the payment details shown on the order page. If the order status does not change after payment, do not create multiple identical orders; submit the order details and payment record through a ticket for verification.
