PLAN SPECIFICATION

Pricing and data rules

Two clear billing models: monthly plans reset data on the activation date, while data packages last until used and never expire. This page lists only confirmed prices, allowances, and policies; unconfirmed periods or discounts are not estimated.

  • 60-day, no-questions-asked refund
  • Unlimited devices
  • 100+ countries / 170+ routes
  • No email address required

The facts table confirms only monthly plans and data packages, so this page does not add quarterly, semiannual, or annual pricing or unconfirmed discounts. Use the tabs below to compare products that reset monthly with products that never expire.

MONTHLY RESET

Monthly plans: fixed allowance, reset on the activation date

Every tier is billed monthly. Data resets each month on the activation date rather than on the first day of the calendar month. Best for users with relatively steady usage who want a fixed allowance each cycle.

60GB monthly plan

¥9.9

Monthly · resets on the activation date

  • 60GB included each month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 100+ countries / 170+ routes
  • Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
  • 60-day, no-questions-asked refund

Suitable for lighter cross-border access, mainly web browsing, text-based information, and low-bandwidth tools. A fixed allowance makes monthly usage easier to manage; if demand increases, review upgrade options in the panel. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days.

500GB monthly plan

Monthly · resets on the activation date

  • 500GB included each month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 100+ countries / 170+ routes
  • Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
  • 60-day, no-questions-asked refund

Suitable for frequent connections, heavier transfer tasks, or continued switching among Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This tier still resets monthly on the activation date; unused allowance does not become permanent data. For long-term retention, consider a data package.

INCLUDED SCOPE

Included with every plan

Changing the tier changes the data allowance and billing method, not the listed platform coverage, device policy, route coverage, or refund terms. The following features apply to both monthly plans and data packages.

DEVICE

Unlimited devices

The same account can be used on multiple personal devices. Usage from different devices counts against the selected monthly plan or data package, so device count and remaining data are separate concepts. Unlimited devices does not mean each device has its own allowance.

ROUTE

100+ countries / 170+ routes

Choose an exit region based on where the target service is hosted, and switch to another route in the same region when connection performance changes. Coverage indicates the scale of available routes; in practice, choose based on the target region, task, and local network conditions.

CLIENT

Five platform entry points

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Get client access and subscription details after signing in to the user panel; the marketing page does not provide static installers or subscription URLs, keeping account management centralized.

ACCESS

International route access

Routes can be used to access international websites, online tools, and region-specific services. Account eligibility, content licensing, and regional rules are determined by each platform; choose a route based on the actual target region.

ACCOUNT

No email address required

Register with a username and password. After registration, open the user panel to choose a plan, view orders, and access the client entry point. Keep your username and password secure to avoid disrupting future order and subscription management.

REFUND

60-day, no-questions-asked refund

Submit refund requests through the user panel ticket system. Check the order and payment method before submitting, then monitor the status in the panel. The refund destination corresponds to the payment channel; refer to the order record for the current status.

How to tell whether a monthly plan is right for you

If cross-border access is ongoing and usage is relatively stable each billing cycle, a monthly plan is easier to manage. Review actual usage across multiple cycles when choosing capacity rather than relying on one concentrated transfer. Remaining monthly-plan data enters a new reset cycle on the activation date.

How to tell whether a data package is right for you

If usage is spread out, varies significantly between months, or international routes are needed only for specific projects, a data package that never expires may fit better. Its key limitation is that data is not replenished automatically each month; when it runs out, choose another data package or monthly plan.

What to check when adjusting mid-cycle

The price difference for a mid-cycle monthly-plan upgrade is prorated into the remaining days, so confirm the current cycle first. Data packages are based on total usage and do not follow monthly-plan reset rules. Compare not only price but also your schedule and usage pattern.

CHECKOUT ROUTE

Payment methods and order checks

Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are supported. Start all payments from the plan page in the user panel. Before checkout, confirm whether the product is a monthly plan or data package, then check the allowance, price, and billing rules. Once the order is created, follow the details shown in the panel.

After payment, return to the user panel to check the order status. If the page has not updated, keep the order record and submit an inquiry through the ticket system. Do not paste subscription information on marketing pages, public reviews, or other public locations; subscriptions and client access are managed only in the signed-in panel.

60-day refund policy

VPNQG offers a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket system, and link the relevant order. Check the processing status in the panel after submitting; the refund route corresponds to the original payment channel.

The refund policy does not change the monthly-plan reset rules or the definition of data packages that never expire. Distinguish the billing type before purchasing; after purchase, handle order inquiries, plan changes, and refund requests through the panel to keep order information centralized.
