These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and international route subscription services provided by VPNQG. By visiting the website, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the relevant services. Actions taken through an account are generally deemed to be actions of the account holder.

Service Content and Scope

VPNQG provides network acceleration across 100+ countries and 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan activation, subscription access, route connections, and related features available in the user panel. The routes, entry points, and client delivery methods currently available are subject to what is displayed in the user panel.

Network conditions in different regions, carrier routing, target service policies, and device configurations may affect connection results. VPNQG may maintain, adjust, or replace routes according to operating conditions, but does not treat continuous access to a specific city, exit point, or third-party service as a fixed part of delivery. Users should select routes suitable for their actual needs.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account credentials, subscription links, and user panel information, and are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts. If credentials are used abnormally, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel with details of the situation.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices and are intended for devices managed by the account holder or by people expressly authorized by the account holder. Unlimited devices does not mean that a subscription may be publicly posted, resold, rented, split for sale, or shared long-term with unrelated people. Users may not copy subscription credentials for commercial distribution, create accounts in bulk through automation, repeatedly scrape route information, or interfere with normal delivery.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Plan details, current usage, and active status are determined by the user panel records. Users should verify their selected item and payment information before taking action.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the services are used, and must independently confirm that their destinations, transmitted content, and methods of use meet those requirements. The services may not be used for unlawful purposes, attacks on network systems, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized access to another person’s account or system, intellectual property infringement, fraud, harassment, or handling content whose distribution is prohibited by law.

Users may not use the services to disrupt other users, route infrastructure, or partner networks, nor attempt to evade account permissions, usage records, or access controls. Users are solely responsible for complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liability arising from their conduct. VPNQG may restrict an account’s continued access while related risks are being verified.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNQG will maintain the services according to available technical and operating conditions, but internet links may be affected by carrier changes, equipment status, target service restrictions, regional network changes, and maintenance work. Brief connection changes, route switching, or temporary unavailability of certain features do not automatically constitute failure to deliver the entire service. When an issue occurs, users should first switch routes, check their local configuration, and submit a ticket through the user panel.

VPNQG is not responsible for indirect losses, lost expected profits, or business continuity losses arising from network interruptions beyond its reasonable control, third-party service changes, device compatibility issues, or user configuration errors. Where applicable law imposes mandatory requirements on liability limitations, those requirements prevail. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination

If there is unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious consumption of route resources, attacks on service facilities, false transaction information, or a serious violation of these terms, VPNQG may restrict features, suspend connections, or terminate the relevant account. To protect routes and other users, urgent risks may be addressed first and reviewed afterward against verifiable records.

Users may stop renewing the services. After account termination, an expired subscription no longer provides connection access. Order, payment, and dispute-resolution records that must be retained by law may continue to be stored within the necessary scope. Account termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination or provisions that should continue by their nature, including liability limitations, dispute resolution, and compliance requirements.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

VPNQG may revise these terms due to changes in service content, operating procedures, or applicable rules, and will publish updated versions through the website or user panel. Updates apply from their published effective date. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If users do not accept a change, they may stop using the services.
