Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNQG handles information while providing cross-border access, network acceleration, subscription management, and customer support. Processing is limited to information needed to deliver services, protect account security, complete orders, and troubleshoot issues. Using this site's marketing pages, user panel, or subscription services means the user has read this policy.
Collection Scope and Purposes
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are enough. VPNQG therefore does not treat an email address as mandatory registration information. The account system stores the username, password digest, account status, subscription status, and necessary security records for authentication, service recovery, and protection against abnormal account use. The original password is never displayed as readable text.
When a subscription or traffic package is purchased, the system creates an order record containing the selected item, amount due, payment method, transaction status, and order identifier returned by the payment channel. These records support delivery confirmation, refunds, transaction reconciliation, and order disputes. Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Marketing pages may process basic access statistics, such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, IP address, and error information, to assess compatibility, identify abnormal requests, and improve content structure. The subscription system also records used traffic and remaining benefits to enforce plan rules; this does not include the names or contents of websites visited by users.
No-Log Policy and Connection Records
VPNQG does not record which websites users visit, retain access URLs, web content, DNS query content, or the substance of communications transmitted through international routes, nor does it create personal browsing history profiles. Traffic statistics on the route side are used only to calculate subscription usage and keep the service running; they cannot reconstruct specific access content.
To handle connection failures, resource abuse, and system security incidents, the server may generate operational records within the necessary scope, such as error type, node identifier, connection time range, and network address. These records are not used as long-term browsing logs and are retained only during troubleshooting, security response, or fulfillment of necessary obligations; they are deleted or de-identified when the purpose ends. If diagnosis is unnecessary, VPNQG does not extend connection-record retention to analyze personal browsing habits.
Cookies and Local Storage
This site uses Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. The user panel also stores authentication credentials locally to maintain the login state and submit requests to same-origin service interfaces. This data is used to provide features actively requested by users and preserve page settings.
Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser. After clearing them, the login state, language selection, or some interface preferences may reset, requiring another login or setup. Restricting necessary storage may prevent the user panel, order confirmation, or subscription management features from working properly.
Payment Processing and Information Sharing
Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment channel. VPNQG submits the order information needed to complete a transaction and receives the payment result, transaction identifier, and refund status. The payment channel handles information submitted on its payment interface under its own privacy rules; VPNQG does not control data processing on third-party pages.
Account and order information is not used beyond what is necessary to complete payments, provide infrastructure, handle security incidents, respond to user tickets, or fulfill applicable obligations. Entrusted service providers may process data only within the scope needed to perform the agreed service and must apply security measures appropriate to their responsibilities.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account information is generally retained until the account is deleted. Order information is retained as needed for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and necessary obligations. Access statistics and security records are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified after their analytical or response purpose is complete. Historical data in backups leaves use through the normal overwrite cycle and is not restored to production systems for other purposes during that period.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. VPNQG first verifies the requester's control of the account, then processes information eligible for deletion. Necessary records related to pending orders, refunds, security incidents, or disputes may need to be retained until the relevant matter ends; deletion or de-identification then follows this policy.
When this policy changes, the last-updated month at the top of the page is updated as well. If a change materially affects the scope of collection, processing purposes, or user rights, VPNQG will provide an explanation through a site announcement or the user panel. Reviewing the updated terms before continuing to use the service is recommended.
